Customer Service Dispute Charge

Hi, I want to dispute the charge I received for the Xfinity worker coming in and fixing my Internet. He told me my Internet wasn’t working because another Xfinity worker accidentally unplugged my internet while connecting another apartment to their internet. If this is entirely Xfinity’s fault, why am I getting charged?
