Customer Retention
I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. I am tired to my bill going up every single year for BASIC service. I would like to upgrade to your 50+ channel Tv and keep high speed internet bundled with it. I know exactly how much you are offering this package for to new customers: $120/month. I want a similar deal. Please get me a comparable offer or I will be forced to seek other options after all these years of loyalty. I am tired of getting the runaround from agents who can do nothing for me. Please get me your BEST offer.
