Current Customer - Rising Costs - No Deals
Hi, I am a current customer. Our bill was already very high but our two year promotion ended and jumped our bill up to $283.82 which is way too high. We do really like the service but I have called and talked to two different people at Xfinity who offered us even higher offers than we are currently paying. I even offered to lose the phone service and most premium channels and that bill came out higher than what I was paying a month ago. I have another deal lined up with Direct TV for television and a local internet provider for internet and it is much lower. I wanted to reach out one last time as I saw you had worked with other people in the past on offers for current customers. Again, I have been a loyal customer and like the service but the prices have gone through the roof. I know if I go with Direct TV you will then offer me something as a new customer, I am really hoping you can work with me so it does not come to that (my Direct TV offer comes with a contract so even if you send me a dirt cheap offer as a new customer I won't be able to accept).
