Current billing

I was paying $84.05 and now the bill has jumped $49 more. This is not acceptable!
that is way too high for a single jump !
this bill needs to be lowered or I will find Internet service somewhere else .
thank you

My next bill will go up by over 51% with no change in service. I don't have the 'direct messaging' or 'chat' links (for some reason - maybe because I use Firefox) that other responses refer to. I guess I'll have to endure the phone torture process.

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.

Please post your issue in public in the proper forum so that it can be addressed either by other customers or by an Official Employee.

Thank you for taking the time to create a new post. I hope you are doing well today. I know seeing any changes in your bill can be frustrating. I'll be glad to review the current pricing and promotion to explore what would be a good fit. Please send me a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
