Hello @user_pncdzw, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I can totally see your cause for concern, I know personally I don't like my bills going up. There are a number of factors that can cause and increased bill, from a promotion/contract expiring, to a once time charge among other reasons. Have you had the chance to review the bill on our website or using the Xfinity app to see if anything stands out?
