Current Bill one time charge

I have a one time charge of $148 on my bill.  $100 of that is for in home service call.  I do not feel like I should have to pay for a in home service call when it was our service that needed to be fixed.  My TV service is still having issues.  THIS IS YOUR ISSUE I should not have to pay for it.  Please remove the service fee from my bill and I will be happy to pay it.  If not I need to discuss options for cancelation.
