Current bill creeping up ($89/mo for 600 Mbps) — looking for loyalty/promo options before exploring competitors

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've been a loyal Xfinity customer since 2018, but my current internet plan has crept up to $89/mo for 600 Mbps.

When looking at the broader market and even Xfinity's own current offers, this internet price feels too high for the speed:

  • Xfinity’s own current promotions offer faster tiers for less—such as 1 Gig for $70/mo or 500 Mbps for around $60/mo.

  • Competitors like AT&T Fiber offer symmetrical gigabit speeds starting around $70/mo (and 500 Mbps for $60/mo) with no data caps.

  • Fixed wireless/cable options like Verizon and T-Mobile aggressively price their home internet services between $50 and $60/mo.

Moreover, I am heavily invested in the Xfinity ecosystem and spend significantly more with you overall. I recently upgraded two of my mobile lines to the Premium Unlimited plan and just added a watch line to my account as well.

Given how much business I bring to Xfinity across both internet and mobile, I was hoping an official rep could help me adjust my home internet rate or find a better promotional plan closer to what current customers are getting.

Can someone take a look at my account and see what we can do? Thank you!
