Credits not reflected on billing statement

There was an outage in my area and I was without WiFi for 9 days. I was assured by two different Xfinity employees, one via chat and one via phone, that there would be a credit of $30 posted to my next statement. This was nearly a month ago, and still has not shown up. When I signed up for my plan I also saw two discounts advertised: one for $5 paperless billing and the other for $10 autopay. The autopay discount has also not been applied to my account. This is unacceptable. Does Xfinity just randomly give people "discounts" and then not follow through?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Discounts usually show up after three billing periods or days after you sign up for them.
