Hello,

I have spoke to a few reps and created tickets that were closed without any resolutions.  I was told that if I upgraded my modem, I would not have all the Internet issues I have been having. I decided to upgrade and the rep got manager approval to waive my shipping fees and yet I was charged.  I was also promised $30 credit for all the down time I have been having with you and how it has impacted my job significantly.  Please reverse my shipping fees and add the credit to my account.  Why do I have to reach out sooo many times to get this resolved?
