please credit $20 for appointment when xfinity was late past the appointment time
december 3 appointment time 8am-10am, notified technician late, 10.06am technician did not arrive
had to reschedule due to lateness and had to wait 1 week for new appointment

Well the Wi-Fi is working but changing the SSID and password was a nightmare. The Xfinity app allows wifi name & PW changes but accepts Wi-Fi network passwords that do not meet it's validation criteria. Yet there is no validation in the app. So creating a Wi-Fi password with letters and numbers but not a special characters is accepted by the app and then fails to actually work as a wifi password. Why not state the SSID and password validation requirements in the app? Even better why not actually employ validation in the app for the ability to change Wi-Fi SSID and password? Spent endless time needlessly on the phone with support before someone finally figured it out.
