Credit returned to my bank account
I am really getting [Edited: Language] about this returning my credit back to my bank account. I have talked to numerous agents, had tickets made, and even went to the Xfinity Store twice...every time the agent told me the money would be refunded/returned between 24-48 hours yet I haven't seen a penny. Then, I look on the page to view my tickets and they show they are closed. [Edited: Language]?? Stop jerking me around and return my money.
