I was trying to see how to get a refund on my account, it shows I have a credit on my account but I haven't received it.

Greetings, @user_apjya3! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this credit balance. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you still have active service with us, the credit balance will usually be applied to your next bill. However, if it is a significant amount due to a double payment or overpayment, we can submit a request to have a refund issued to you.

On the other hand, if this is an ending balance on a closed account, you should automatically receive a refund to your last used method of payment within 7-10 days, once the final bill has been issued. It can take up to 30 days for that final bill to go out, once the account is closed and all equipment has been returned, so the full refund process usually takes about four to six weeks.

If the refund does not go through automatically, for some reason, an email from xfinityrefunds.com will be sent to your verified email address on file explaining how to claim your refund. If there is no email on file, or you don’t respond to the email within 15 days, you will receive a prepaid card in the mail at the service or forwarding address on the account within 7-15 business days.
