Credit for signing up with Xfinity Mobile

I signed up for Xfinity Mobile in July, 2023, and was told I would receive a $30 discount per month on my Xfinity residential account.  To date I have not  received this discount.  When I called Xfinity, I was told the discount was $20 per month.  I printed the order details from Xfinity Mobile and it states $30 per month.  I would like to know why Xfinity is providing false information in order to sign up new customers for Xfinity mobile, and I would like to receive the $30 discount I was promised.

Hello @user_e80r5s, and thanks for reaching out about your discount concern. I would be worried to when not getting the discount I was expecting. I would be happy to see what is going on, and help in any way I can. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

This exact same thing happened to me! I signed up for Xfinity mobile back in April 2023 it is now January 2024 and I STILL have not received my $30 discount off of my internet bill. I have also been transferred back and forth between the internet dept and the mobile dept been on the phone with them for hours! Can you share the print out of the $30 promotion? As I am unable to find it anywhere anymore to prove this was actually advertised in 2023!
