Credit for service outage
We are on our 3rd day without any internet or cable due to winter storm. A reputable source has told us that they know what the problem is but won’t be addressing it until rd conditions are better. I can certainly understand concern for employee safety.
I would like to know how to get a credit for each day that I am without service. Someone posted a link to our community FB page to get $15 for each day, but I am not keen on clicking on that and entering my log-in info. Can you pleas share a legitimate link with me, please?

Good morning, and thank you for reaching out through our Communities Forum page! And thank you for not clicking a random link and providing account details! That's never a good idea! I'm sorry to see that you're currently experiencing an extended service interruption due to the winter weather we've been seeing recently. We'd be more than happy to work with you on an adjustment for the down time!
To get started, please send me a private message with your first and last name and service address. To send me a Private Message, simply click on my name, "ComcastMacey", and click "send a message".
