Credit for home call
Got a new xfinity modem. Had problem getting landlines phone to work. Xfinity tech in Egypt could not solve problem and set up a home call. The problem waS solved. Technician also fixed some outdoor wiring issue. I was charged $100 because a technician in Egypt could not help! I was told by two different reps that I would get credit next month, but it never came. Now I am told there will be no credit.

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
