Credit for buy one line get one line.

I was told when I switched that I could take the bogo or the byod deal. I chose the bogo. It has been 4 months and the free line sure isn't free! I was told they were both 30 dollars and I would get a 30 credit on my phone. I found a receipt that is in my order history from activating service and it says clearly 30 credit. However, when I look at the 2nd receipt it says that line was 45 a month. I was on with representatives all evening and I have gotten no resolution. It's frustrating that a billion dollar company is so greedy to refuse a promotion that was offered.

It's frustrating to see that others were able to do the byod and the bogo. My line in billing says it was a byod. But I was told I could only do one.
