Credit during outage

Hi. I requested a credit online for hurricane Milton and when I put the dates in, it says there was no outage for those dates. We were affected for several days due to the storm and I was in direct communication through texts with Xfinity being updated on the status of the outage. So I'm not sure why it shows no outage then. What should I do now?
