Credit card payment charge
so, I contacted Xfinity about using my credit card to auto pay my monthly bill instead of my checking account. I asked if there was a fee for using my credit card to which I was told no.
However, if I use my credit card versus my bank, I lose five dollars a month credit.
if I pay using my bank with auto pay, I get a $10 a month credit.
do the math. There is a penalty if I use my credit card, which to me, is another way of saying that there is a charge for using my credit card.
I feel deceived, and I feel that this is an underhanded way for XFINITY to charge their people for using their credit cards to pay their monthly bills
Bad business.

@user_dcmwxu Thank you for reaching out to us here so we can answer any questions you have about your Autopay incentives. I'm sorry to hear that it was not explained in greater detail. If you were to call our customer service department and ask a representative to process a payment for you, there would be a charge added to your bill. When using self-service options to pay your Xfinity bill, there is no charge to process the payment. When it comes to Autopay incentives, there are different discounts, depending on the way it's set up. You can switch your Autopay option back to your bank account to get the $10.00 incentive going forward.

Xfinity just auto charged me without any type of authorization. It’s by far the worst company to go to. I’ll be making sure to write several reviews and warnings to others to not come to xfinity
