Credit but no refund

I was issued a credit for improper billing. However, you haven’t actually refunded anything; you just issued a credit to my now-closed account.

 I need the credit refunded to my credit card account or bank account.

Hello there! Thank you for taking a moment to reach out about your refund. It can take 24-48 hours for a credit to show up on an account. If you had a previously stored payment information, your return will go here (this can take 5-7 business days depending on your bank. If this is unavailable, then you will receive a physical check mailed out to you and can take 4-6 weeks to reach you.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
