Credit balance
What does credit balance means on Xfinity does that mean they owe me because I called yesterday and the ppl said since I been paying on time and been paying to much they owe me help me out please I had credit Balance of -$20.60 now it’s -$10.60 but the lady told me since I been keeping up with my payment she told me I don’t have to pay again till March
