Credit applied to my account.

I just had a $27 credit applied to my account for an overcharge. Can I have it returned to my bank?

user_ajpukc I can put in a request to have any balance of overpayment sent back as a refund for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Hello user_4phnvz

  • If you were affected by a recent service interruption, you may be eligible for a credit to your account.
    • To get started, check your eligibility for a credit on the outage credit request page.
    • If your account meets all requirements for eligibility, including not having reached the maximum credit limit, a credit will be applied automatically.
  • Check to see if you are eligible for a credit from a recent interruption:
    • Navigate to the Status Center.
    • Scroll down to the Tips in case of an outage section.
    • Click the Check eligibility link.
