Crazy coverage fee during pandemic

We are out of work and have 3 kids doing school online. I've been paying too much already for my Internet, and now I'm being charged an extra $100 to my bill. I've tried to add u unlimited data and have had no luck considering I cannot get a live human on the phone. I've always paid my bill on time for 2 years straight. I truly cannot believe this.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
