Courtesy Month

I just got an email saying that I used all of my data for the month.  I never got any warning emails at 75% or 90% like I have before.  I have never went over so I should be on my courtesy month, and it shows that on the web site.  But on the Xfinity app it shows  that my current overage charges are $10.  Does anyone know the best way to clear up if I am in fact on my courtesy month?

u/Trbasil Thanks for adding a post. Indeed, there is a courtesy credit for going over, if you only go over once every twelve months. Check out the policy here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-exceed-usage, and the link to verify it directly on your account. There will be a charge for the overage on the statement, but also an equal credit to zero it out. Our new promotions all include the unlimited data feature. We suggest getting one so you download all the data you need in 2026.
