courtesy adjustment

i received a letter stating that I would receive a refund because of Covid. I have tried to get the link to open and put in the user code but cannot get it to load. Since I am no longer a customer your phone support reps cannot find my info. What do I do to get this refund sent to me.

Not "Channels And Programming" related. Concern moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees for assistance.
