You can get a copy of your recent Xfinity bill by downloading it as a PDF from the website, using the Xfinity app, or checking your email if you are enrolled in paperless billing.
Method 1: Xfinity.com (Website) Sign in to your account at xfinity.com. Select the Account Icon in the top right corner. Choose Billing from the menu. Click Bill details. Click Statement history. Select the statement you want to download as a PDF.
Method 2: The Xfinity App Open the Xfinity app. Select the Billing tab. Select View bill & transaction history to view and download past statements.
Method 3: Paperless Billing/Email If you are enrolled in paperless billing, check your email. Xfinity sends a monthly email with a link to your statement when it is available.

@user_d1yvcd My colleague was able to provide steps to access your statements through multiple channels. You also have the ability to visit your local Xfinity Store and can review that information with a representative.
