Copies of Previous Bills

Hi,

I went to your online portal and signed in. I was looking for digital copies of my bills for Jan2024 to Apr2024. I went through all the menus and I found a place where I could ask for "more" bills. That link did not work.  I was stuck. Then I went through the endless loops of robots trying to find someone who could just give me the copies of a few previous bills. I can not leave my account number on an open forum, can you help me? If not, who can help me. If no-one can, I will just take this request to your investor portal and make a big deal of the poor human interaction and poor customer experience I am having. FYI, you can always talk to a person at Verizon, even if it takes a little time. Never have I been completely locked out of the option, except at Comcast/Xfinity. ITs a bad look.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I'm sorry to hear that you are running into some trouble accessing your previous bills online. The Xfinity App should allow you to access up to 24 months of statements. We can help troubleshoot your access to these previous statements to help get them pulled up. That said, we don't have a way here on the Forums to send you these specific bills. You can also visit the local store if you'd like a physical printout, if needed.

Hello @user_wwlomz, Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you did not receive your last statement.  Have you tried accessing your statement from the Xfinity app under the account section or the Xfinity website by logging into your account and going to the billing section, and then the bill details?
