Copies of bills from old account number
Hello, I need some assistance with obtaining copies of my prior year bills. I moved my service recently from my old address to my new address. However, for some reason I was issued a new account number after the move. Now when I log into my account I can only bills from the last 2 months. I need to get copies of my bills from July 2025 till April 2026 that was under the old account number.
