If you're under an agreement, that informaiton will be viewable on your statements when logging into your account either online or though the Xfinity App. We do also notify customers on the bill starting 2-3 months before any contract is set to expire on statements.

@user_4tumxs is you're not able to see any contracts or legal agreements when signing in to your account, it sounds like you may not be under a contract. I'd like to confirm that for you, but since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation. To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it
