Contract? What's the point?

I am in a 2 year contract that ends June, 2023. Been with Xfinity 21 years just as this address. 43 years total.

My bill has gone up over $28 since this price increases for broadcast, regional sports, regulatory, franchise and of course taxes because of those fees increasing.

I have talked to Xfinity before about package deals when my contract comes up but all I hear is it is going to cost more when this expires and they don't do two year contracts anymore.

I am disgusted that Xfinity doesn't have 1) the customer service they use to and especially 2) there is no loyalty to their customers especially with being an Xfinity customer as long as I have. They don't seem to care about these higher costs even with a contract and the level of retention is non existent.

What has happened Xfinity?

This isn't working to send you a message through Reddit. It tells me if I am not automatically redirected to click the link (which I did) and nothing happened.
