Contract rate ended

My contract ended and my bill went up $20.00 per month.  That's a $240.00 increase for the year and represents an increase of greater than 10%.  What other business raises their rates 10% in one year?   I am a subscriber for 30 years.  There must be some kind of loyalty discount for 30 years.  I don't feel like going through the hassle of switching providers but I will if I can't lower my bill.  I have gotten rid of channels & services in the past to lower the bill, but the rates & hidden fees have continued to go up every year.  Now my bill is more than ever despite reducing services.
