Contract Loyalty Ending
Hello Comcast,
I am inquiring about my Xfinity account. Currently my plan is running out in 2 days. I am paying 59 dollars, but the price balloons to 109. This is rather steep. What loyalty discounts do you guys have for my account. i have contact you guys every year since I cannot get anyone on the phone line. Thank you

That's unfortunate. After spending 2 hours on the phone and on the forum the best they could do for someone that has been with @ Home -> Excite -> Comcast-> Xfinity for the past 10+ years
Current plan: 1000 Gpbs for 59 dollars (1 year) expiring going to 109 dollars per month
Phone retention offer:
1) 1000 Gpbs, but you will need to get the mobile line and they would give you a watch and phone for 70 dollars per month for 1 year. I did not want to have another add on that will increase the cost even further when it came time to renew.
Forum retention offer:
1) 95 dollars/month for 1000 Gbps guarantee for 5 years
2) 70 dollars/month for 300 mbps for 1 year
At this point, I have gone ahead and will trial T-mobile 5G who is offering me 55 dollars/month with 5 year guarantee and free hulu, paramount plus, equipment upgrade in 3 years with speeds at 498 mbps. I am in a smaller town so speeds are comparable at least on my phone to comcast. It is very disappointing that after being a customer for so many years, they have no desire to keep you as a customer. If I tally how much we have paid, I would say I have given xfinity close to 9000 dollars over the past 12 years.
