I am having the same issue.  Contract is expiring and I spent over an hour with an agent and they were not helpful with a lower rate.  What should I do?  I am a senior citizen and can't tolerate a higher rate or the agents stall tactics.

user_d911bd Thank you for letting us know you need assistance with your plan. We are a full service team, and we'd be glad to help. Keep in mind the Xfinity App is a great way to view plans and shop for new offers. The online portal shares the exact offers we have on our end, which makes adjusting your plan as easy as possible. As long as you are the primary or manager, you can login and make any changes you need at your own pace. Have you reviewed the offers we have available for you online?

No, I don't know how to do that!!!  I am a senior and have been a Comcast customer for over 30 years and the agents seem unwilling to keep the same contract rate or help me.  I don't want to make any changes to my current internet, landline and cable.  I have been in tears over this.
