Contract expiring in 4 days, need help getting a new deal
I have been chatting with the Xfinity Support in the chats for the last several weeks with no offer that has made me content, let alone happy. This morning I am being told the offer of just internet that I got 2 days ago, is now $30 more expensive. The same TV and Internet package would be around $50 more a month then I currently pay. This has been very frustrating. In the past the chats have worked well, this time I feel like Xfinity doesn't care that we have been a customer for 17 years. Any help would be appreciated.

I talked to their support and was told I'd need to wait 15-20 days after my promo ends to be eligible for new ones. I'm in the same boat as you, $30 increase to bill.... Price went from about $80 2 years, $140 1 year, now it's going up to $180..... They will tell you how they appreciate you being a customer etc. etc. but they know they're the only "real" service in your area.
