Contract Expired Again

I go through this dance every two years when they raise my price after my contract expires I would like to talk to customer retention to try and work this out before I leave Comcast

Hello @user_e97935 Thanks for message us in our forums for help with a new promotion. I know it's not the best to have to deal with a new deal every couple years, so I will do everything that I can to find the best promotion for us to help keep you from needing to reach out again. In some areas we now have options for 3 year rates, so we are getting there! If you would please send us a direct message with your name and service address.
