Contract expired 6 months ago; NO NEW DEALS (still)
Our 2yr contract expired end of June 2023. Bill increased over $30 a month.
There have been ZERO promotions or offers to us (existing loyal customers)
Just read notification that Xfinity will be increasing their prices starting end of December 2023.
Customer retention at one time went out of their way to work with customer to keep their business. I've called/chatted with customer servics several times and mentioned lack of offers. Basically, I was told I'm s%*t out luck.
I can no longer afford this.

u/SpecXii Thanks for sharing your experience, and that you reached out to our retention departments. They do have the best offers for our long time customers. It's important to keep costs low is, and we work hard to make our services affordable. I know Xfinity participates in the ACP program from the government. It's designed to help keep people connected with a monthly benefit of up to $30 a month for those that qualify. You can see the details here https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/acp. If that sounds interesting, and you want to apply to qualify, follow the steps on this https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll page. It has the exact steps to follow. Try that and apply asap, that can help you keep what you have and save on the monthly rate.
