Contract Ending and Bill Increasing. Loyalty not rewarded? No new promo?

Loyalty seems to not pay off to stay on as a customer? On the same address, a new customer offer is $10/month cheaper than me signing a new Performance Select contract? Centurylink Fiber seems like a great alternative now.
