contract discounts
My 24 month contract discount of $49.00 per month, and 24 month DVR service discount ended on August 10, 2022. This represents a significant increase in my monthly bill which will put a strain on my fixed income. I would like to know if this 24 month contract can be renewed? Additionally, I don't feel that the DVR service is necessary as I have never used it. Also, is there any incentive for switching to auto-pay?

I have had the same thing happen and can't afford the increase. Can I enter into a new 2-year contract and get the same discount as before? Nothing else changed.
