Contract discount renewal?

Hi,

My current $26 contract discount is set to expire soon (late October). I was wondering if it is possible to either renew it for another 12-month period, or find a different plan that is priced comparably to the discounted one.

I noticed that the usual advice for this type of question is to send a direct message to Xfinity Support with my name and address, but I don't see that option when I sign in to the forum. If I try to go to https://comca.st/3DrxEG7, it says I don't have the permission to view it.
