contract discount removed and increased bill given instead of a discount!!!

After being a 40 year customer of xfinity I see that they raised my bill by removing the contract discount. When I try to correct it I get this unbearable SHELL game with a customer service chat rep. What an unbelievable waste of time. 75 minutes and he gives me his One time only best deal - after sorting it out and comparing to my bill for this month (i guess they don't think their customers can print a bill and analyse it) I see that he is giving me a $40 increase in my bill without any discount and with a 2 year contract. I have never been so mad. I am being forced to check out fubu or att. xfinity is crafty and gives quotes that are pro-rated and not real numbers at all. Needless to say I didn't extend my contract and I really don't trust them at all. It was like a boiler room Hard sell shell game.. I noticed quite a few other people with similar results. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
