Contract discount expired
My 2 year contract discounts are expiring. I don't see any option for a new contract. My bill will go up by $50/month which is too much, my budget is tight already. When I call or chat, I am simply referred back to the website where I have already been. Any suggestions?

no point in chatting I have spoken with via or chat 8 people now and they just try to upsell your service. I told them I dont want to downgrade or upgrade anything and they told me they can only raise my bill. How stupid is that? I was told I was on a 2 year contract when I signed up only to now be told its a 1 year contract so I am looking into getting our previous service provider back
