Continued charges for a cancelled mobile line

In early July, I began migrating all my services to Verizon, after repeated calls texts and time wasted with tech appointments and AI assistant hell.  I canceled my mobile lines in early July.  However I am continuing to be billed and charged for a line.  I know it is canceled because the AI assistant can not find the account via chat and refers me to call, and that AI thing can ALSO find no account.  I am on autopay, and guess what?  The app will not let me remove autopay, or cancel the card.  I am Sooo DONE.  I have already lodged a complaint with the state for multiple issues, including being billed for a cancelled services for over a year…. Among other indignities.  What does a person have to do to be disentangled from the behemoth company who clearly cares nothing for their customers?

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that issue with the Mobile bill after that cancellation. I am very sorry to hear about that experience and will be happy to take a look at any charges from here. In order for me to access the billing information I will have to ask you to send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. To send a direct message.
