Contacted by a debt collector saying I still owe money to Comcast

Hello, I hope all is well.

I moved overseas two months ago and discontinued my Xfinity WiFi service. I spoke with an agent and verified that I paid everything off and don't owe anything. However, some days ago I got an email from a supposed debt collector (Sequium Asset Solutions) saying I must still pay a certain amount. And I do see it as my total balance remaining on my Xfinity account, but when I open my statement, it says I owe $0. I would appreciate some clarity on if and why I still owe a balance.
