Constant billing issues and high priced packages
After many years with the company, the trend continues to be for the bottom dollar with little incentives for consumers. Not only can I expect to keep having to battle for a package that I often don’t get, but the channels I ask for in the packages are never correct and it is another monumental task to get Comcast to fix their own error. I need a specific channel included in my services and it has not been and I am not paying any more money as it is not a premium channel. Is there anyone from the company that can assist without taking another year of my life on the phone that I will never get back?
