Confusion w/changing bill due date & too many options on payment section. Just simplify it instead of making it so much!

I thought I submitted a request to change my bill due date last month or so and it hasn't been changed and now I really don't understand if I have anything due right now and don't know when my next autopay is going to occur. The payment section is so confusing with so many different things, it's too much.
