Confused why I owe

Question I have not been charged for rental fee but I was using my equipment, I have never had any equipment on rent. But they’re saying it time to return.

Hello, @user_np4tc6 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand the concern about being told to return equipment, when you've been using your own. From experience, I've found that when customers haven't been billed and told to return equipment it typically related to a streaming set-top that was originally called Flex and is now called Xumo.
This is a free piece of equipment that is available for our internet only customers to access Apps to stream content. I found this helpful document that has a photo of what the equipment will look like, if you find the Arris Xi6 model on the document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box
- Do you reccall receiving a Flex/Xumo set-top box?
