Compliments for Outstanding Customer Service (Roji and Meshak) I'm sorry I coldn't find the survey
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to two wonderful support agents who helped me today, June 28, 2026. I missed the chance to complete the official survey, so I wanted to make sure their manager and the Xfinity team know how amazing they were.
To Roji (Billing Team):
Thank you so much for your exceptional support today regarding my billing query. You were incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and understood my situation perfectly. What I appreciated most was that you kept talking with me while I was waiting, so I didn't feel ignored or left on hold at all. You explained everything clearly and were so kind throughout the process. You saved my day. Thank you truly!
