Complaint

I’m honestly extremely disappointed and upset with how this has been handled.

I’ve called multiple times to fix a billing issue and every time I was promised it would be resolved yet nothing changed. I kept checking my account and the issue was still there. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

Because of this I canceled autopay since I refused to be charged an incorrect amount and then you charged me late fees. That is outrageous considering the delay is entirely on your side.

You have no idea how many times I’ve had to reach out about the same issue. No customer should have to chase a company like this. It’s a waste of my time and shows a real lack of respect.

On my last call a couple hours ago I made it clear I would not hang up until the overcharges were fixed and reflected on my account. At this point I don’t trust being told it will be done. Only after pushing and having the rep Richard involve a supervisor did anything finally happen.

I was also told a supervisor would call me back within two hours to discuss waiving the late fees. It has now been over three hours and I still haven’t received any call. The lack of follow through and respect is beyond me.

The late fees are still there which is the bare minimum you should waive given everything I’ve had to deal with and the fact that I was only late because of your mistake.

I’ve never had issues before but the way this has been handled is beyond disappointing. The level of customer service I’ve experienced is mediocre at best and I’ve felt completely disregarded.

This is unacceptable and it’s seriously making me consider switching providers.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
