I enrolled in autopay over 10 months ago after talking to agent who said it was done correctly and the 10$ disct should begin next month. It never occurred and I am now owed 100 in overcharges and want it fixed.
I can never get a human on phone to discuss. I need to chamge providers, cust svc is horrible
