Complaint issue
My services was changed without my permission when I contacted customer service regarding a bill. I never asked for my service to be changed nor interrupted. You have outsource your customer service department and since then service has been horrible: I worked for your company years ago and the way this has been lately without my account has been awful. I was watching tv when my service was interrupted because your employee decided to get a sales.
