Complaint and partial refund

I want to file for an official complaint and a partial refund. Three times in the last 30 days our internet has gone down around 9pm. So no TV , no music , no work… I would like a at least 1/3 of the bill for September to be refunded to me .

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, user_37fqgw. I'm sorry to hear about the disconnection. This is not the experience we would like you to have, and we'd like to help. Was this related to a service interruption notice? Or is it happening randomly without there being an interruption notice on the Xfinity App?
